Description

To Develop, Control & manage all aspects of Central Operations Department procedures / processes with a view to ensure that potential for operational loss is minimized and a high quality service delivery provided to the entire bank. To take responsibility for developing performance measurements, Business continuity & Disaster Recovery plans. Control within budgets staffing and operating expenses which support the Central Operations Department To ensure that staff under supervision is kept motivated to perform at their optimum, their training and development needs are identified and documented in their Personal Development Plans, which are monitored closely to be carried out as per agreed timelines. To assume responsibilities of project leader for the various projects those are initiated by the Bank and have the implementation requirements in COD
